Los Angeles County & Orange County
HomeBridge Residency creates welcoming homes for independent adults seeking stable and affordable housing, because everyone deserves more than a place to stay.
Our Mission
HomeBridge Residency provides affordable shared-living homes for independent adults throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Our homes are intended for people who can manage their own daily needs and need access to a stable, respectful place to live.
We welcome referrals from a broad range of organizations and community partners, with residential environments designed to feel like homes rather than institutions.
Our Story
HomeBridge Residency was founded by USC School of Architecture graduates who believe that a home is more than four walls and a roof. The spaces in which we live influence comfort, stability, dignity, and belonging.
With an architectural perspective on housing, our goal is to create shared-living environments that are practical, welcoming, thoughtfully maintained, and respectful of the people who live in them.
